The Slumbernest Anniversary mattress is a great value option if you're looking for a medium or firm feel in a traditional style double sided mattress.

It comtains 12.5 gauge open coil springs and a sturdy 8 gauge rod edge.  It is also fitted with vents for increased air circulation and handles to assist with turning.

This is a double sided mattress and should be turned periodically.
